At Hanah, each order is prepared with intention and care. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at wearehanah@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note:

*Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

*Custom or made-to-order items (including zippered garments) are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
